Digital and Innovation Practice Principal

Key Role:
Own and drive key senior client relationships on digital programs for our international business. Consider diverse perspectives on emerging client digital issues. Anticipate future project risks and manage quality to avoid potential issues, address failure constructively and develop risk mitigation strategies in coordination with the appropriate resources. Set a service delivery direction, including overseeing shared approaches or programs, ensuring the right resources are leveraged, monitoring progress, and course correcting, when necessary. Provide thought leadership, expert advice, and transferable intellectual capital on high-priority client projects, marketing efforts, investment opportunities, or functional communities. Identify follow-on work with existing clients, assist with or lead the sale of follow-on work, prospect for new clients, develop market contacts and pursue meaningful business development dialogue on behalf of the firm, lead the development of proposals, marketing efforts, and selling events in the digital space, lead the development of business strategy for the digital practice, demonstrate entrepreneurial intuition and think as an owner of the business, mobilize the right resources to address an identified opportunity, and manage overall business profitability in a consistent and sustainable manner.

Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience with general management consulting
-Experience with one or more of the following areas: digital strategies, innovation strategies, immersive technologies, including AR and VR, or artificial intelligence and cognitive solutions
-Knowledge of international challenges and growth opportunities for digital innovation
-MA, MS, or MBA degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Science preferred

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with leadership in implementing and prototyping leading edge technology solutions, including AR and VR a plus
-Knowledge of the Arabic language a plus
-Ability to conduct onsite client interaction required
