As an exercise planner on our team, youâll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for the client. Youâll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make a lasting real-world impact.

You Have:â¯Â
3+ years of experience with DoD exercise planning in a joint organization
Knowledge of training and exercise processes
Knowledge of Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS)
Ability to use DoD Joint Training System (JTS) and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) processes
Secret clearance
Bachelorâs degreeâ¯â¯Â

Experience with project management, briefing, and writing for senior executive military leaders

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.Work Model
