Intel Operations Specialist

Key Role:

Assist with functional management of programs within the client’s portfolio. Leverage expertise and experience to advance unit concerns and translate them into requirements. Provide recommendations to the functional area managers on best practices and procedures. Assist functional managers on how to organize, train, equip, and utilize resources in accordance with higher headquarters polices. Conduct inspections and site visits to ensure units comply with policies and procedures. Coordinate with other agencies to update existing policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with military ISR 
  • 5+ years of experience working with senior military and civilian leadership
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to manage, coordinate, and articulate issues for action by leadership
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Air National Guard ISR enterprise and units 
  • Experience with the PPBE processes
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
