You Have:

• 6+ years of experience with Systems Engineering activities

• Experience with requirements and architecture development

• Experience performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environment

• Secret clearance

• BS degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in DoD operations, including aviation as a former military officer engaged in Air Force, Navy, or USMC flight operations

• Experience conceptualizing military problems and decompose high level missions through use case and activity modeling

• Experience with requirements management tool IBM DOORS

• Knowledge of IBM Rhapsody engineering portfolio software from a usage, deployment, and coding perspective

• Ability to develop system concepts of operation to implement new capabilities

• MA or MS degree in Engineering preferred; PhD degree in Engineering a plus

• OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) certification
