As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape developing new capabilities for advanced fighter aircraft by leading model-based systems engineering activities as a part of a combined government-industry team. You Have:
6+ years of experience with Systems Engineering activities
Experience with requirements and architecture development
Experience performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environment
Secret clearance
BS degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math field
Nice If You Have:
Experience in DoD operations, including aviation as a former military officer engaged in Air Force, Navy, or USMC flight operations
Experience conceptualizing military problems and decompose high level missions through use case and activity modeling
Experience with requirements management tool IBM DOORS
Knowledge of IBM Rhapsody engineering portfolio software from a usage, deployment, and coding perspective
Ability to develop system concepts of operation to implement new capabilities
MA or MS degree in Engineering preferred; PhD degree in Engineering a plus
OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
