Key Role:
Provide the client with senior level analytical and management support. Provide technical and cost analysis for all assigned tasks and assist staff with working through packages for various DoD program offices. Assist with generating expert level oral and written communications for audiences at the senior levels of government, congressional staff, and combatant commands.
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with planning, programming, and executing DoD or military construction, facility sustainment, repair and modernization, installation master planning facilities management, infrastructure assessments, and cost estimating
-3+ years of experience with supporting the DoD at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Military Department Headquarters, or Design/Construction Agent Headquarters level
-3+ years of experience with a DoD Design/Construction Agent regional office or an installation's Public Works Department
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with providing senior level analytical and management support
-Experience with providing technical and cost analysis related to facilities and facilities investments
-Ability to demonstrate versatility and adapt to dynamic senior level headquarters' operations tempo
-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills to produce expert level communications for audiences at the senior levels of government, congressional staff, and military
-MA or MS degree preferred
Clearance:
