RF Systems Engineer

The Challenge:

What if you could use your engineering skills to transform RF Systems Engineering, as applicable to communications; Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR); and Electronic Warfare (EW) technology, devices, subsystems, and systems? As a systems engineering analyst, you understand the power behind complex systems. We’re looking for a RF systems engineering analyst that can use their skills to help our client investigate and evaluate new research ideas, assess technical performance, and communicate potential benefits.

You’ll work with world-class scientists and engineers to impact national security research and development for cutting-edge technologies. You’ll provide technical management support and strategic assessments of new technologies in support of senior DoD decision makers, including conducting background research for evaluating the feasibility of and potential applications for new technological concepts. You’ll produce and present findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients, assist with technical program management and program development, and brief materials out for government research and development efforts. You’ll apply expertise in exploring new concepts and identifying technological gaps in need of investment and assist with managing program performance and risk. You’ll draft technical briefings for both technical and public audiences, perform travel for program reviews, site visits, and performer testing, and work as part of a diverse team to meet client needs. You’ll provide technical engineering consulting and evaluations on the design, development, and modification of complicated RF communications, ISR, and EW devices and systems. You’ll develop and recommend approaches for new or improved systems and evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
