Global Health Finance Analyst

Key Role:

Act as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues, concerns, and special projects. Interface with top management, including responding to their requests for financial data and resolving report and compliance issues. Prepare special reports and financial studies for management that alerts them to significance variances to plan. Coordinate, negotiate, and resolve financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation. Conduct and lead audits, as needed. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-8 years of experience with financial analysis, including Defense Acquisition Regulation (DAR) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

-1+ years of experience in working with a US government agency, including developing and maintaining financial tools and systems for global health programs required 

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel

-Ability to convey effective recommendations to clients

-BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience in working with a US government agency internationally

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MBA, MA, or MS degree in Accounting or Financial Management
