Security Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Manage all aspects of a highly sensitive security program to include personnel, physical, operations, and information security for compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Liaise with program managers to identify critical assets and develop a tailored security plan to protect the assets in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and DoD directives. Establish and maintain relationships with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other government agencies. Assist the information system security manager (ISSM) in managing the classified information systems within the risk management framework (RMF).

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience in industrial security

-Experience with NISP-related databases associated with industrial security, including JPAS, DISS, and NISS

-Experience with the NISP Operating Manual (OM)

-Experience overseeing and acting as a backup for an ISSM or Information System Security Officer (ISSO)

-Ability to be detail oriented and flexible with the ability to move from one task to another as priorities change

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree or 9+ years of experience in industrial security in lieu of a degree

-FSO Certification

-Completion of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Curriculum

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a contractor special security officer (CSSO) or contractor program security officer (CPSO) preferred

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent judgment, decision-making skills, teamwork, and customer service skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
