Key Role:
Utilize analytical skills to support senior leadership in managing and assessing various technical aspects of advanced research. Provide advice and guidance about technical issues and best practices. Interact with technical experts in the Intelligence Community, defense, academia and private industry, write technical documents, review technical proposals, and assist with transition activities.
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with analytical research and AI and Machine Learning research
-Experience with formulating research initiatives
-Experience with reviewing, evaluating and briefing Senior Leaders on IC research
-Experience with generating technical information for Wikipedia and interlink
-Knowledge of scientific and engineering research processes
-Knowledge of the technical aspects of Broad Area Announcements (BAAs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), Prize Challenges and Workshops
-Ability to analyze technical briefings, papers and presentations
-Ability to work with customers and researchers on technical aspects of programs and developing strategies for research evaluation
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-MA or MS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with developing strategic communications to effectively work with other organizations
-Experience with Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, automation, or natural language processing
-Knowledge of critical research questions to evaluate programs
-Knowledge of methodologies used to collect data, conduct experiments, and evaluate research outcomes
-Ability to work with counterparts in other IC agencies to identify problems and areas in subject matter needing added emphasis and focus
-Ability to create and maintain technical content for the organization public and community facing websites
Clearance:
