Key Role:
Provide cutting-edge all-source research through data collection and analysis, scripting techniques, and leveraging knowledge of intelligence tools to make assessments and predictions concerning counterintelligence entities of interest. Use data collection, exploitation and analysis expertise to support the client with analytical products in the areas of force protection, indications and warnings, Counterintelligence (CI), all source intelligence integration, and information assessments. Provide intelligence assessments across a wide range of topics and geographies, including transnational foreign intelligence entities (FIEs), foreign military intelligence capabilities, foreign intelligence collection focus and techniques, and network analysis. Integrate analytical techniques to rigorously evaluate networks and discover trends and provide advice and counsel in the area of expertise. Assess information reliability and validity and, on the basis of all information available, estimate the likelihood of various scenarios related to foreign entities and adversaries. Evaluate foreign intelligence affiliations, and make recommendations concerning overall plans and potential impacts to major agency or organizational objectives while utilizing both classified and open source databases to produce actionable CI/HUMINT lead packages, drive collection, and provide ongoing support to USAFRICOM and other DoD operations. Ensure complex analytic and technical concepts are communicated clearly and succinctly for non-technical audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with conducting DoD human intelligence (HUMINT), counterintelligence (CI), collection, or collection requirements management
-Experience with DoD CI or HUMINT reports tools, methodologies, regulations, and policies
-Experience with the intelligence lifecycle
-Experience with assembling, collating, and analyzing disparate information from a variety of sources, gathered under known and unknown conditions
-Experience with DoD intelligence tools, methodologies, regulations, and policies
-Experience with working in a Joint Combatant Command environment
-Knowledge of Internet-based research, including Boolean logic, search engines, database resources, and Internet sources, such as social media, social networking tools, and commercial and industry-based databases
-Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
-TS/SCI clearance
-Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications
-3+ years of experience with conducting DoD CI/HUMINT operations at the tactical or operational level
-Experience with the Africa AOR
-Experience with open source intelligence collection and analysis
-Ability to speak a foreign language
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Master's degree
-Graduate of a DoD HUMINT collection Course, CI Agent Course, or other collection management course
