Counterintelligence Analyst, Senior

As a counterintelligence analyst you use your specialized background and experience and your attention to detail to develop intelligence products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a counterintelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, open source, etc. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for the client. As the authority on counterintelligence, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have: 

  • 4+ years of experience in all source analysis, including in CI analysis  

  • 3+ years of experience with open-source intelligence collection and analysis 

  • Experience in assembling, collating, and analyzing disparate information from a variety of sources, and gathered under known and unknown conditions

  • Experience in a DoD or LE joint organization supporting operations

  • Experience with DoD intelligence tools, methodologies, regulations, and policy

  • Knowledge of internet-based research, including Boolean logic, search engines, database resources, and internet sources, such as social media, social networking tools, and commercial and industry-based databases 

  • Ability to synchronize tactical and strategic intelligence into products; able to communicate with vast audiences 

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 

  • Bachelor's degree  

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience in providing analytic support to CI and HUMINT activities 

  • Experience with supporting service or joint level 2X 

  • Experience with EUCOM target sets 

  • Knowledge of Near Peer adversary tactics

  • Ability to display foreign language expertise in the EUCOM AOR or INDOPACOM AOR

  • Possession of strong analytic writing skills

  • Master’s degree in Regional Studies ​

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
