As an intelligence analyst and HUMINT Targeter on our team, you’ll play a critical role in helping our client understand the operational battlespace and the national-level threats in that space. You’ll help your client understand the intelligence threats and operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and open-source information. You’ll validate the information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for HUMINT collection teams and higher-echelon intelligence agencies. You will research with minimal supervision to communicate esoteric information to internal and external customers. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have the resources to learn new skills and tools.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with HUMINT Targeting 
• Experience with DoD CI or HUMINT targeting tools, methodologies, regulations, and policies  
• Knowledge of Managed Attribution, OSINT tool sets, and network analysis 
• Ability to demonstrate tradecraft and research
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with conducting DoD HUMINT targeting operations at the tactical or operational level
• Ability to demonstrate expertise in an Eastern European or Asian language
• Ability to work shifts, as needed
• Graduate of Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC) or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC)
• Graduate of Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course or equivalent, including CHOTC, FHTC, or Embassy based targeting officer course

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
