Key Role:
Work as a personnel security program administrator and participate as an expert in resolving problems for security programs requiring innovative solutions, including aspects of personnel, information, and physical security. Leverage expertise in governing laws, regulations, precedents, and directives covering intelligence, client personnel security processes and procedures, including personnel security, security clearance program concepts and principles, and investigative agencies' techniques and procedures. Advise top-level agency security and subject matter experts on policy developments and advances. Apply technology to enhance the efficiency of security program management and identify the applications of evolving technology, limited resources, and developing innovative training methods. Evaluate and make recommendations concerning overall plans and proposals for a major agency or organizational security projects. Communicate with a diverse group of individuals verbally and in writing, using a high degree of tact and diplomacy. Assist the personnel security branch chief in the areas of planning, analysis, directing, executing, preparing statistical data, reports, and scheduling major projects concerning renovation or alterations to security programs.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in personnel security program administration, including working with EQiP, consolidated adjudication facility (CAF) interaction, derogatory information processing, and adjudicative guidelines
Experience with JPAS, DISS, and Scattered Castles
Experience with implementing training using learning development platforms or technologies
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with implementing federal security guidelines
Experience with LENEL electronic security systems
24+ hours Site Security Manager (SSM) Certification
Clearance:
