As an all-source analyst, you use your specialized technical experience and attention to detail to develop products and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an all-source analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational and mission environment. Using your understanding of fusing intelligence, you will support security issues and priorities pertinent to the client, provide strategic and tactical warning, and expose and exploit vulnerabilities supporting the DoD's efforts. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters and policymakers and will facilitate cooperation with other team countries. As the authority on your problem set, the client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in all-source intelligence, and share your methodologies with other professionals. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have: 

• 3+ years of experience as an all-source analyst with foreign policy in the DoD or intelligence community (IC) 

• Experience with assessing and evaluating geopolitics and security issues related to the European AOR 

• Experience with IC analytical writing standards, product development, and brief delivery 

• Ability to brief client leadership and colleagues on research results 

• Ability to travel throughout Europe to facilitate cooperation with other team countries 

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience at a Combatant Command

• Knowledge of specialized military training capabilities and intelligence or collection activities 

• Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process ​​

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills 

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
