The Challenge:
In order to perform effectively to achieve their mission, organizations need help coordinating processes, communicating requirements, and developing innovative solutions. Whether fulfilling an immediate task, recognizing a mission gap and recommending a solution, or flexing to support an immerging requirement, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and become a strong member of the team. That’s why we need you, a requirements manager who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and provide high-quality mission support.
As a requirements manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring that the task guidance is clear, communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metrics. You will also be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem solving will enable the mission's success. You’ll use discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow teammates to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. You will take the initiative to highlight areas for improvement and recommend possible solutions. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward. Join us as we help our country's national security.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with working in DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
Experience as an executive assistant, executive officer, requirements manager, or operations officer
Experience in engaging with senior government and military officials
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working at or with Combatant Commands on issues related to the EUCOM AOR
Knowledge of COLISEUM, DARTS, or other task management systems
Possession of excellent interpersonal and professional skills, including building successful client relationships across organizations
Possession of excellent written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks
Master’s degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
