Aviation Cost Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide support to the client on program and project operations. Develop and execute successful strategic plans and demonstrate knowledge and extensive experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations. Define problems, analyze and develop strategies to achieve assigned objectives, and manage the preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation. Provide complex statistical modeling and analysis. Evaluate existing business goals, team functionality, and cross-discipline cooperation and develop recommendations to improve internal performance, shorten throughput time, and minimize internal costs, while increasing the overall quality of work, product, or service output. Implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes. Employ analysis techniques, including work breakdown structures, activity-based costing, process and productivity improvement measurements, and program audits or evaluations and performance testing to achieve stated objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

-12 years of experience with performing in a complex and technically demanding project or task environment

-6 years of experience as a cost analyst

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications: (Preferred)

-Experience as a Commissioned Officer or DoD government civilian

-Experience with corporate management

-MA or MS degree
