The Opportunity:
As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvement, development of product roadmaps, and implementation of technology is crucial for your client’s future. You’re eager to apply your consulting experience and full digital transformation knowledge to develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to apply your knowledge and help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.
As a Digital Transformation Consultant on our team, you’ll be trusted to help transform our DOD clients by implementing new processes, data management techniques, and automated workflows. Using data analysis to define problems, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to develop and contribute to transformative technology and process solutions. In this role, you’ll directly impact our DOD clients by providing important data to translate business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable system. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Work with us as we implement new technologies to improve the DOD for the better.

You Have:
5 years of experience working in a professional environment
2 years of experience with Knowledge Management best practices, processes, procedures, and tools
1 year of experience with Agile Methodology
Knowledge of basic SharePoint Dev Capability
Knowledge of project management and scheduling
Ability to forge trusted relationships with key government clients and produce high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to prepare technical reports and correspondence
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in US military command structure
Experience planning Joint exercises
Knowledge of high-level SharePoint Dev
Knowledge of Qlik or Tableau
Possession of excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
