Joint Test and Evaluation Task Lead

Key Role:

Research, catalog, and maintain a database of Combatant Command and Theater Functional Component Command requirements and capability gaps. Leverage the electromagnetic spectrum, including electromagnetic warfare (EW), intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). Comprehend Cyber operations and RF targets. Assist client with developing a plan of action and milestones (POAM), strategy documents and analyze policy documentation to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with supporting electromagnetic warfare (EW)

-5+ years of experience with leading a team of operations planners or analysts supporting electromagnetic warfare (EW)

-Experience with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)

-Knowledge of DoD current and emerging electromagnetic warfare (EW), Space, and Cyber operations capabilities

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in a combatant command or service component headquarters

-Knowledge of electromagnetic warfare (EW) Joint targeting

-Knowledge of the USINDOPACOM AOR
