Joint Training Analyst and Program Specialist , Senior

The Challenge:

Do you want to use your creativity, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to improve organizational mission performance within the DoD? Critical decisions are made every single day in the military. What if you could use your expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Joint Training and use your ability to assess effectiveness of training for a unique military client? If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to help enhance the security of U.S. interests.

As a Joint Training Analyst and Assessment Specialist on our team, you’ll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content using tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office365 tools to help you tell a realistic story. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe. You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make a lasting, real-world impact. You will help to develop requirements for collective training and exercise events, including training evaluation assessments, and assist with identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally and across the Joint Force.
