Serve as the liaison to convey business processes and requirements to the technical team. You Have:
-8+ years of experience in a professional or military environment
-Experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to facilitate process workshops using Agile methodologies and lead scrum activities
-Ability to collaborate with requirements analyst to decompose functional process requirements for technical tool implementation and present and explain findings to teammates and leadership team
-Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action
-Ability to utilize and implement ServiceNow solutions
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with the software development life cycle
-MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or IT
-SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or DAWIA Certification
-Scrum Master Certification
