Key Role:

Coach a development team on scrum principles and help the team focus on sprint goals and achieving their highest performance level to ensure the scrum project is successfully progressed. Apply advanced consulting or extensive technical expertise, as well as full industry knowledge. Analyze innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, if needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a scrum master

• Experience with requirement or business analysis

• Knowledge of JIRA

• Top Secret clearance

• BA or BS Degree
