Key Role:
Perform long range planning, synchronization, and coordination between long-range plans handover to Future Operations and Current Operations. Analyze, define, and develop concepts and supporting materials to brief senior leaders on project objectives, outcomes and milestones. Provide detailed analytical support of current Operational Plan (OPLAN) mission sets of Noncombatant Evacuation Operations (NEO), Combined-Joint Reception, Staging, Onward Movement and Integration (C-J RSO&I) and Sustainment. Support long range training plans, exercise planning and command designated special projects.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with operations supporting military organizations
-Experience with Operational and Strategic planning and Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)
-Experience with executive-level client management and engagement
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
-Knowledge of OPTEMPO environments supporting the DoD
-Ability to work in an environment with changing requirements and schedules
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Army policies and procedures in support of logistics
-Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
-Ability to interact with senior leaders and staff to coordinate and synchronize projects
