As a project scheduler on our team, you’ll work with project managers, task leads, and our program support staff to analyze the budget, schedule, and requirements of our large-scale construction project. Using proven program management methodologies, you’ll help develop and communicate your program’s strategy and business impact. This is your chance to gain skills in program and project management, construction competencies, and working on a diverse team while gaining program management experience. You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with Primavera
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Project 2010 scheduling software on construction projects
• 5+ years of experience in working with engineering or architectural principles
• 1+ years of experience in capital improvements projects
• Experience with using and applying Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Primavera, CostWorks, and Success Estimator
• Knowledge of construction trades, practices and techniques
• Ability to generate an independent Time Impact Analysis for change order negotiations
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Schedule Analyzer software to analyze changes to the Critical Path due to construction modifications and delay analysis
• BA or BS degree
