Information and Knowledge Management Analyst

The Challenge:

Critical decisions are made every single day in the military. What if you could use your expertise in Information and Knowledge Management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems for a unique military client? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to manage and process data to provide their clients the most relevant information available. If you have excellent analytical expertise and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to help enhance the security of US interests.

As an expert in information management, your unique skill set inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. You will provide first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application and account problems over multiple DoD Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) enclaves. You will use your skills as a front-line interface to support a wide range of automation activities and programs that provide critical mission support. Your skill will support information security and assurance requirements, including advice to users on on-site configuration, integration solutions, methodology, and the IT infrastructure.
