Intelligence Collection Manager, Lead

As a collection manager, you use your specialized multi-source intelligence collection management experience and intelligence community experience to facilitate and coordinate requirements across agencies to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a collection manager on our team, you’ll help your client understand the region mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll combine information from disparate sources and coordinate and deconflict competing requirements. As an authority on collection management, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts and planners through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

-10+ years of experience with providing multi-source intelligence collection requirements management

-Experience with working in the INDOPACOM AOR intelligence problem sets

-Experience with formulating multi-intelligence collection strategies

-Experience in collaborating with collection management across the DoD or Intelligence Community

-Knowledge of all-source collection management systems, databases, and processes

-Ability to manage unit collection efforts and track GEOINT, SIGINT, and DoD HUMINT systems capabilities and current reporting

-TS/SCI clearance

-MA or MS degree

-Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP-F) Certification

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with recognizing and analyzing information to affect military operations, national policies, and regional objectives

-Experience with a combatant command or working on Special Operations (SOCOM) mission operations or activities

-Experience with preparing and presenting information papers and briefings of a technical nature

-TS/CI clearance with a polygraph
