Key Role:
Assist the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center operational staff with the development of rotational exercise design for training center rotations in the Indo-Pacific theater with a focus on Joint Intelligence Planning and Development. Perform rotational exercise Intelligence development tasks to complement team efforts to properly design, plan, prepare, coordinate, and execute assigned exercises and training events, coordinate with operational and functional commands for their participation and support, and assist training units as directed, including the development of tailored exercise and threat intelligence products and other sources of information. Plan and participate in concept development conferences, initial planning conferences, mid-planning conferences, Master Sequence of Events List (MSEL) conferences, and final planning conferences for assigned exercises as directed. Prepare briefings and other required materials to support exercise scenarios, observer trainer, and analyst support cells as required. Leverage expertise in Army and Joint intelligence, operations, and training, including intelligence doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and force structure to incorporate training units into the exercise. Contribute to the use of LVCG training enablers, such as mission command (MC) systems, training aids, devices, simulations, and simulators (TADSS), mission-specific digital systems and tools, and other available IT assets as they relate to Intelligence and Opposing Forces (OPFOR) planning and development.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Army or Joint organizations as an Intelligence Planner, including All Source, HUMINT, or SIGINT
Experience training Army or Joint units in small unit live environments, including lanes, situational training exercise (STX), or command and staff constructive environments, including command post exercise (CPX)
Knowledge of mission command systems
Knowledge of Intelligence principles, methods, processes, and regulations involved in supporting military operations
Knowledge of Army and Joint Intelligence training, doctrine, planning, TTPs, and force structure to design exercises that meet doctrinal requirements
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Tactical or Strategic Intelligence and the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer
Experience with CTC, including JRTC, NTC, MCTP, JMRC, or JPMRC
Experience utilizing and working in the Information Operations Network (ION)
Experience working with the PMESII-PT framework
Experience creating all source intelligence products and Operations Order (OPORD) annexes B and L
Experience using Microsoft Office suite tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience as a Collective Trainer or Exercise Designer
Knowledge of FMS Web, CATS, ATN, DTMS, and JTIMS
Master’s degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
