Program Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the organization, direction, coordination, and implementation of contract support activities to deliver realistic and quality training rotations. Serve as the on-sight contract lead and primary interface with government sponsor and senior leadership. Maintain responsibility for managing program costs, directing personnel to ensure client objectives and contract performance standards are met, analyzing policies and goals of the organization, reporting team impact, facilitating continuous process improvement, and identifying and acquiring internal support to achieve client objectives, as needed. Assist with recruiting personnel and oversee their integration. Demonstrate diversity of thought, while leading client support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)

  • 2+ years of experience with contract project and program management

  • Experience with battalion level or higher echelon command

  • Experience with Army and Joint Doctrine and Training Policy

  • Experience with integrating Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVCG) training enablers

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to obtain a PMP Certification within 24 months of start date

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with leading support functions

  • Experience with contract financial management and program planning

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

  • Master’s degree

  • Senior Staff College or School of Advanced Military Studies Graduate

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
