Information and Knowledge Management Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll help develop leading-edge products. Working with your team of Defense Mission Experts, you’ll help identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, lessons learned and develop user stories. You’ll learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high business value products to the clients.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with knowledge management and digital transformation  
  • 2+ years of experience with developing OOTB and using code-based solutions, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint 2013 or later 
  • 1+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Apps, including Flow and PowerBI to use data metagging for use in SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages 
  • Ability to conduct data gathering, research, and analysis, design and develop recommendations, and communicate through briefings and written documents 
  • Ability to organize shared drive files with the ability to make them searchable
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with lessons learned
  • Experience in an administrative environment
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and commitment to standards
  • Secret clearance
  • Knowledge Management, Business Process Reengineering or Change Management Certification, including CKM, Lean Six Sigma, CMAP, or LaMarsh Managed Change
