SharePoint Lead

Key Role:

Support a large, geographically dispersed knowledge management team by providing portal design and administration leadership and guidance. Manage SharePoint development tasks and resolve conflicts in a very high operational tempo. Deliver excellent writing and documentation expertise and in-depth knowledge of how technical decisions impact client requirements. Leverage knowledge of the SharePoint farm architecture and installation process and experience with all the functionality of the Central Administration Web application and the shared services functions, including managed properties, content sources, crawling, profiles, and how they interface with the other parts of the SharePoint farm.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a leadership role with systems administration or development teams 
-Experience with large-scale implementations of SharePoint
-Experience with Windows Server Administration, SQL Server Database administration, IIS Manager Architecture, Server Manager, Active Directory, including LDAP queries, DNS, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, Network Load Balancing, Windows Firewall, Event Viewer and Performance Monitor, or PowerShell scripting
-Experience with software and systems analyses, design, project life cycle methodologies, and system integration, implementation, and deployment

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Agile, Sprint, and Scrum software development methodologies
-Knowledge of Windows networking and authentication
-Knowledge of information assurance, authentication, and identity management constraints in the DoD domain

-BA or BS degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business preferred; MA or MS degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business a plus

-MCSE Certification preferred
-SharePoint Solutions Expert Certification preferred

-PMP Certification
