You’ll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while working alongside your team to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
10+ years of experience as an ISR manager or C4I service desk manager
Knowledge of service desk systems for managing incidents, changes, schedules, reporting, call distribution, knowledge management, self-help, workload forecasting, and scheduling
Ability to manage relationships with Tier 1 through 4 service support groups, customer organizations, and mission stakeholders
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Advanced ITIL Certification or PMP Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with improving service desk quality through improved knowledge management
Knowledge of ISR and C4I mission systems support processes
Ability to manage service level agreements
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree
ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT, CGEIT, SAFe Agile, or HDI Support Center Manager Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
