Key Role:
Serve as an Air Force client's program coordinator and SME regarding logistics-specific theater security cooperation (TSC) operations, planning, and engagement. Analyze the logistics components of budgeting, coordination, tracking, and integration of security cooperation efforts into long range country plans, including building partnerships, capacity, and interoperability with host nations and allies. Synchronize engagement programs with Combatant Command theater campaign plans (TCPs) and theater campaign orders (TCO), security cooperation plans, and other strategy documents to ensure client support for Air Force, INDOPACOM, and US national defense security priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience as an Air Force Logistics Readiness Officer, including A4 staff
-Experience with the logistics components of DoD security cooperation planning and engagements at the MAJCOM or CMAJCOM level
-Knowledge of security cooperation principles or working with foreign partners
-Knowledge of Air Force operations and organization, including campaign support plans, operation plans (OPLANs), orders, and the Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) process
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the Air Force in the Pacific region
-Knowledge of formal military and DoD staffing and coordination processes
-Ability to work with and distinguish different Indo-Pacific cultures
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
