Key Role:
Coordinate multi-lateral engagement opportunities with federal or non-federal and local, national, or international entities, including other military organizations, government agencies, academic institutions, and think tanks. Coordinate requests and requirements for VIP visits and other special engagements. Prepare and present briefings, decision reports or information papers, and strategic communication products for executive-level leadership. Collaborate on bi-lateral and multi-lateral strategy development and implementation planning.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting security cooperation events or large group events as a primary project manager or coordinator
-Experience with managing small teams who support multiple stakeholders
-Knowledge of change management and process improvement
-Ability to interact with and brief senior executive stakeholders
-Ability to manage high priority tasks, meet deadlines, deliver under pressure, and pay strict attention to detail
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience as a security cooperation implementer, planner, or manager supporting the DoD
-Experience in the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility
-Experience in a component or headquarters level of military command
-Knowledge of formal DoD and USAF staffing processes
-PMP, Lean, or Agile Certification
Clearance:
