Operations Planner, Senior

Key Role:

Provide direct support to meet client strategic and operational level objectives as part of the client's planning staff. Coordinate with an Air Force client and other client components, as required. Provide direct support to meet client operational- and tactical-level objectives as part of client staff. Develop and refine plans and strategies. Develop planning, integration, execution, and coordination of full spectrum airpower operations, including Air, Space, and Cyberspace in strategic plans developed across regional stakeholders and parent organizations. Develop airpower objectives and effects. Interpret all relevant data to formulate and present senior-level briefings on possible adversary objectives and their use of airpower capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with operational planning, developing, coordinating, or executing US Air Force (USAF) or other Service participation in Command, Service, Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), or Combatant Command (CCMD) operations, exercises, demonstrations, or experiments

-5 years of experience with working in an organization focused on the Pacific Rim Area of Responsibility (AOR)

-Ability to work at the general staff-level

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree required

-Graduate of Intermediate Level Professional Military Education, including correspondence or in-residence
