Security Cooperation Program Analyst, Senior

You can look at metrics, identify risk indicators, and work with stakeholders to plan and modify the scope, schedule and budget for existing projects and identify new opportunities that will ensure your program meets with success. We have an opportunity for a consultant to join our team as we work with our clients to develop and execute mission-essential security cooperation priorities in real-time.

On our team, you’ll help security cooperation leadership identify, propose, and execute projects to achieve operational objectives in support of our relationship with foreign security partners. Using performance tools like SharePoint Online, MS PowerApp, and DoD Security Cooperation relational databases, you will track and maintain situational awareness of the projects you oversee in support of your program. The real power of program management comes from communication, so you’ll create various reports and presentations and make recommendations for improvements to program management. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have mentoring support and resources for learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to develop your program management skills while gaining experience in working with a diverse set of stakeholders, both foreign and domestic. You Have:

-10+ years of experience with supporting programs in the DoD, military, or government environments

-5+ years of experience in with working Indo-Asia-Pacific security cooperation issues

-Experience with Microsoft products, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

-Ability to speak or present to the C-suite level and Command-level staff

-Ability to prioritize tasks and provide parallel support efforts to various workstreams

-Ability to contribute to discussions with working staff and leadership to diagnose, analyze, and identify issue resolutions

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience in working with DoD Security Cooperation databases including Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS) and the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)

-Ability to plan, develop materials, and facilitate recurring stakeholder discussions via teleconference

-Ability to execute program management activities, including overseeing initiation, schedule development and tracking, risk and issue tracking, communications, meeting minutes, action items, and status reports with multiple projects

-Ability to effectively engage with foreign partners in a cross-cultural environment

-Top Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree in International Relations, Strategy or Related Discipline
