SharePoint Developer

Key Role:

Work within Booz Allen Hamilton's digital integration team to refine processes and implement technical applications in support of the client’s mission. Provide advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation consulting initiatives. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements and apply technical knowledge to recommended solutions with consideration for best practices, cost, and timeline. Create and manage client deliverables, including briefings, technical applications, and analytical products. Leverage industry best practices in digital transformation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with developing Out of the Box (OOTB) solutions and using code-based solutions, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint 2016, 2019, or later

  • Experience with SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Apps, including Flow, Power BI, Canvas, or Power Automate

  • Experience with conducting data gathering, research, and analysis, designing and developing recommendations, and communicating through verbal briefings and written documents to provide clients with solutions that deliver value

  • Knowledge of DoD military structure and organizational processes

  • Ability to work in a dynamic project landscape independently or in a team setting

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with knowledge management, digital transformation, or data analytics or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with knowledge management, digital transformation, or data analytics

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with organizational improvement efforts, including analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions, and making strategic recommendations

  • Experience with identifying business opportunities to apply advanced analytics

  • Ability to develop and maintain technical design artifacts and requirements documentation

  • Scrum Master Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
