Theater Posture Plans Analyst, Senior

As a Theater Posture Plans Analyst, you’ll bring your military infrastructure planning subject matter expertise to work alongside thought leaders in military posture planning on service projects to develop long-range infrastructure plans supporting the Department of Defense in the Indo-Pacific region. You’ll use your skills and expertise to research, analyze, develop plans, and make recommendations for long-range infrastructure and military construction projects.

You Have:  

  • 5+ years of experience in long-range plans, programs, policies, or strategy

  • 3+ years of experience with the Military Construction (MILCON) process, facilities planning, and infrastructure improvement

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Graduate of Intermediate Level Professional Military Education, including correspondence or in-residence

Nice If You Have:  

  • 3+ years of experience in the INDOPACOM theater

  • Knowledge of Force Posture Planning Concepts, including Forces, Footprints, and Agreements

  • Ability to lead and facilitate military planning teams

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other services and foreign governments and militaries

  • Ability to create verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations, plans, and orders

  • Ability to present high-level program initiatives at the Major Service Component and Combatant Command levels

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
