All Source Intelligence Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

As a C5I all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll conduct research and analysis of data, information, and intelligence to produce a wide range of all-source intelligence products. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our clients, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You’ll leverage expertise in C5I and All-Source Analysis methodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policymakers and DoD officials of military capabilities, political-military issues and military strategies, and the doctrine and intent of the specified client area of responsibility (AOR). You’ll develop and maintain expertise in research and analysis to produce finished intelligence related to critical infrastructure. You’ll analyze the development and author products tailored to clients in tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our policymakers.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis, including researching data from multiple intelligence sources and databases and analyzing findings
  • Experience with command and control (C2) and command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) analysis and concepts
  • Experience with intelligence research tools, including DCGS-A, RMT, M3, TAC, NGT, WISE, HOTR, Reader, or Coliseum and network analysis tools, such as Palantir, DCGS-A MFWS, or Analyst Notebook
  • Experience with developing excellent internal and external professional networks and writing and developing comprehensive intelligence assessments, information papers, and presentations
  • Experience in drafting and answering RFIs with network analysis in support of target development and in executive-level client briefings to heads-of-state or general officers with limited or no preparation time
  • Experience with using Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), or Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) information for target development and network analysis
  • Knowledge of the intelligence community (IC) and Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to deploy on a rotational basis
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience in working with collection managers and crafting requirements 
  • Experience with forces intelligence or fusion cells
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics concepts, such as machine learning or artificial intelligence
  • Ability to provide shift work support, if required 
  • MA or MS in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field
