Business Development and Client Delivery Lead

Key Role:

Provide business growth support at a technical specialist level to Pacific Rim (PACRIM) DoD clients. Support PACRIM technical, operations, and program teams to position Booz Allen in growth activities within the PACRIM Area of Responsibility. Work as the lead in a dynamic, diverse, and geographically dispersed team to plan and execute the technical and marketing strategies for classified DoD opportunities. Drive and develop a deep understanding of urgent and emerging customer requirements, contribute to technical and marketing strategies, messaging, target audience segmentation, analyses, opportunity pipeline development, proposal development, and program technical execution and consulting for a growing business segment. Coordinate all activities with Business Development, Operational Leads, Capture Managers, Opportunity Technical Leads, Marketing, Proposal Managers, and Executives related to qualified classified PACRIM DoD opportunities. Contribute to the development and leadership of data-driven and stakeholder-driven integrated strategies, including growth offerings in Cyber, all-domain command and control, engineering, software and systems development, analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, consulting, and other relevant areas. Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain appropriate opportunity profiles for each prospect.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with multiple classified DoD programs or projects
  • Experience as a technical subject matter expert on multiple classified DoD programs and projects
  • Knowledge of the Combatant Command and Service mission requirements serving the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
  • Ability to work as an integral team member with business development and client delivery teams for classified programs
  • Ability to engage key client stakeholders to discuss firm capabilities and services on highly classified DoD projects
  • Ability to analyze market needs and identify viable business development opportunities in highly classified DoD projects and programs
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualification:

  • Experience with team leadership on highly classified DoD programs or projects
  • MA or MS degree
