As a DevOps engineer on our team, you’ll use your development experience to streamline our software development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production. You’ll lead efforts to incorporate open source tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down on tedious, boring tasks and free up the team’s developers to do what they do best – innovate. You’ll implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like automation, edge computing, containers at edge, and our immersive software Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipeline. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to build software solutions to help your customers meet their toughest challenges. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevSecOps analyst or technician
• 3+ years of experience with configuration control, testing, security, automation, containerization, orchestration, and cloud services
• 3+ years of experience with developing software using a modern programming language, including Python, C++, or C#
• 3+ years of experience with scripting in one or more of the following languages: Python, PowerShell, and Bash
• Experience with designing, developing, deploying, and testing in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure or AWS GovCloud
• Experience with containerized solution architecture, including Docker
• Experience with deploying and configuring IAC, CI/CD, or MLOPS pipelines using Terraform, DataBricks, or Jenkins
• Secret clearance
• BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with advanced data analytics visualization platforms such as Tableau
• Experience with U.S. Navy or other DoD components
• Experience with developing project and cloud cost estimates, labor requirements, and corresponding presentations
• Experience with managing highly available applications or environments
• Experience with implementing controls from NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ICD 503, RMF, and DoD information levels
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with leading an Agile team
• Knowledge of Web services environments, languages, and formats, including RESTful APIs, HTML, JavaScript, XML, KML, SOAP, and JSON
