Quality Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as the Quality Manager for a newly established Program Management Office. Leverage expertise to manage and maintain the quality control program and comply with policies and procedures. Oversee standards of quality control in meeting the requirements of each Task Area of the TO in accordance with the government-approved Quality Control Plan (QCP). Support reviews of all program artifacts in accordance with well-defined policies and procedures. Provide input to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures, including the identification of service metrics that can be tracked in the TO. Support updates and revisions to the Baseline QCP.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in performing quality assurance and quality control supporting the DoD Intelligence community
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing quality control programs and processes to include the conduct of audits and maintenance of quality documentation to comply with applicable requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree
