Common Intelligence Picture Manager

The Challenge:

Do you find yourself constantly looking for more and better information? Do you want a job where you can use your knowledge and research skills to improve national security? More connected devices, larger storage capacity, and faster connections have resulted in an explosion of available information. The problem facing the intelligence community (IC) is no longer how to get more data – it's understanding how to turn massive amounts of data into visual context. That's where you come in. With critical thinking and flexibility, you quickly identify, track and report on adversary activities in support of the client mission and turn it into valuable intelligence. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation's leaders.

As a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) Fusion Analyst, you will maintain awareness and support of client requirements governing CIP reporting and theater battlespace awareness. You’ll apply expertise in Indications and Warnings (I&W), operations, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and collections to enhance the client's mission. As a member of this 24/7 watch team, you will serve as the client’s centralized point of contact for intelligence data fusion, analysis and visualization using a dynamic, system-based intelligence architecture. Finally, you will provide support for adversary order of battle, threat activity observation, and resulting intelligence products and notifications.

Empower change with us.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience with authoring Combatant Command-level all-source intelligence products
  • Knowledge of manipulating and augmenting intelligence visualizations in anticipation of client needs
  • Ability to support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to provide impromptu discussions or scheduled briefings on CIP content
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with working on a 24/7 Watch Floor
  • Experience with Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) research and record maintenance
  • Experience with Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Analyst Workshop, and Agile Client
  • Experience with ArcGIS, GALE, Python, or R
  • Ability to leverage flexibility in resolving problems during evolving situations
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, Linguistics, Business, Library Science, or a related research field

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
