Counterintelligence Targeting Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

Critical decisions are made every single day in the military. What if you could use your analytical skills to help them make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a Counterintelligence (CI) Targeting Analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to analyze analytical assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As a CI Targeting Officer on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and support CI Targeting requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll draft CI targeting packages to support complex CI operations over the entire life cycle, utilize classified and open source databases to produce actionable targeting packages, drive collection and provide ongoing support to CI investigations and operations. You’ll validate the information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers. As the authority on your target, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillsets with all-source analysis, including social network and geospatial analysis, to identify potential human sources and resolve intelligence gaps, monitor, direct, and support operations by providing specialized operational support, technical support, and assessments regarding the application of collection methodologies. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring, providing subject matter expertise input on both operational planning and oversight efforts as required. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have the resources to learn new skills and tools. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our warfighters.
