Intelligence Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Serve as a foreign disclosure advisor tasked with analyzing, reviewing, and recommending approval or denial of all initiated requests to disclose classified and controlled unclassified materials, briefings, and other documents and information. Draft and edit Foreign Disclosure and documents, including Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letters (DDLs). Provide analysis and recommendations for requests for exceptions to National Disclosure Policy (ENDP) and staff ENDP requests, when needed. Assist with the development and implementation of a client-wide foreign disclosure training program and analyze the effort to update existing client policies and procedures for the release of classified and controlled unclassified weapons systems, technologies, and information to foreign governments and international organizations. Perform monthly analysis on case metrics, including workload, processing times, and recommended process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with all source intelligence analysis

-Experience in coordinating and submitting products through the foreign release process with intelligence community agency representatives

-Experience in coordinating Combatant Command disclosure requests and issues directly with the Joint Staff (JS), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Armed Services, Intelligence Community, and other organizations

-Experience with preparing and presenting briefings, training sessions, and strategy sessions to Combatant Command staff and partner organizations

-Experience with the application of DoD foreign disclosure policies and regulations, including National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

-Knowledge of DoD foreign disclosure policies and procedures and conducting foreign disclosure analysis

-Knowledge of office information systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, BICES, and Task Management Tool (TMT) for task coordination, collaboration, and management

-Knowledge of foreign disclosure policies to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions

-Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, work independently, analyze complex data, and prioritize tasks
Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working as part of a geographically-dispersed team

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-MA or MS degree

-DoD, Army, Air Force, or Navy Foreign Disclosure Officer Certification

-Graduate of a Defense Institute of Security Cooperation Studies (formerly Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management) course
