Maritime Analyst

The Challenge:
Critical decisions are made every single day in the government. What if you could use your analytical skills to help them make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a maritime analyst, you will use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to analyze data and develop intelligence products, graphics, and naval threat assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to inform our nation’s leaders.

As maritime analyst on our team, you’ll monitor all-source intelligence reporting to assess maritime capabilities, command and control, emerging trends, and key naval personalities, and provide strategic, operational, and tactical analysis and advice and support to guide and advance a Combatant Command, the US Navy, and partner nation planning and operations. You’ll apply expertise in operations, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and collections to enhance the client mission. You’ll produce written analysis and briefings, support analytic exchanges with the inter-agency and partner nations, and develop working relationships with an array of key stakeholders and customers. This position requires the ability to support occasional travel, surge, and crisis support, as needed.

Empower change with us.
