Operations and Intelligence Integrator

As an operations and intelligence integrator, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop products and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As an operations and intelligence integrator on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your understanding of fusing operations and intelligence, you will support security issues and priorities pertinent to the client and provide strategic and tactical warning, including exposing vulnerabilities supporting DoD and Special Operations efforts. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters and policy makers. As the authority on your problem set, the client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in all source intelligence, and share your methodologies with other professionals. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This position requires the ability to travel throughout Europe to facilitate cooperation with team countries.

You Have:

-10+ years of experience in the DoD or intelligence community (IC), including intelligence and operations at the operational, strategic, or national level

-Experience with IC analytical writing standards, product development, and brief delivery

-Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR, including recent DoD and IC efforts

-Ability to brief client leadership and colleagues on results of research

-Ability to travel throughout Europe to facilitate cooperation with other team countries

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
