SIGINT Analyst

Key Role:

Design, develop, and execute Subject Matter Expert solutions as a technology enabled SIGINT analyst on current technologies available to the intelligence community in the classified domain. Respond to RFIs on SIGINT-related questions while incorporating and fusing multiple intelligence sources. Assist with conducting SIGINT technical exploitation and analysis and discovery of intelligence related to networks, access, protocols, signals, communication media, and persona. Apply expertise in network analysis, systems engineering, computer network operations, Big Data analytics, scripting, and telecommunications. Support the client mission through general comprehension of technical and intelligence fields.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with signals intelligence (SIGINT) data applications and operational exploitation of national SIGINT intelligence data

  • Experience with operational and tactical level intelligence, including signals intelligence analysis, IC intelligence systems, and national security systems

  • Experience with managing intelligence teams

  • Experience in fusing and enriching SIGINT data with compatible datasets to enable data visualization and follow-on analysis

  • Experience with RF intelligence gathering, analysis, and dissemination

  • Knowledge of ELINT, FISINT, Telemetry, or Proforma technical signals analysis

  • Knowledge of processes and tools related to Technical SIGINT

  • Knowledge of telecommunications and RF signal collection architecture

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with utilizing SIGINT in a non-SPC SIGINT Production Chain environment

  • Experience with using, analyzing, and visualizing data using any of the following geospatial software: ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ESRI Insights, or QGIS

  • Experience with JEMA, BODHI, and FADE

  • Experience with OP ELINT or TechELINT analysis

  • Experience with one of the following scripting languages: Bash, C Shell, Python, Perl

  • Knowledge of internet protocols, internet routing, and of at least one communications technology, including GSM, CDMS, or Thurya

  • Knowledge of geolocation data and the various ways to use it for analysis

  • Knowledge of process and develop SIGINT Geospatial information across DNI and DNR disciplines

  • BA or BS degree

  • Graduate of any of the following: 450, 451, 452 Signal Analysis Courses, or MCSAP or SADP training programs
