Signals Intelligence Collection Manager

Key Role:
Provide signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection management support to a Combatant Command. Support the intelligence collection process and inter-office communications between the US intelligence community, organic collections teams, and multiple supported military headquarters intelligence centers. Contribute to the creation of an intelligence collections strategy, analyze intelligence indicators, submit collection requirements to theater and national intelligence activity, and support the triage and dissemination of information to the appropriate consumer. Advise the intelligence and operations officers and other groups on planning, coordinating, and submitting intelligence requirements across a variety of interests. Coordinate, research, register or create, validate, and monitor collection requirements, aligning information needs to intelligence priorities and task operational, theater, and national-level collection assets. Work with requestors, collectors, and Collection Requirements Managers (CRMs) to deconflict collection requirements. Develop collection strategies that leverage the strengths of SIGINT assets to fulfill intelligence requests for information and address existing strategy collection gaps.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with intelligence analysis or collection management

-4+ years of experience with SIGINT collection requirements, including management, strategic and operational collection, theater and national-level collection resources and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) asset capabilities

-Experience with the Planning Tool for Resource, Integration, Synchronization and Management (PRISM), National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP), or Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE)

-Experience with US collection capabilities

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred
-BA or BS degree preferred
