You Have:

-8+ years of experience in working with Fires Systems and functionality as a systems engineer

-Experience in working with requirements traceability, system-of-systems integration and testing, test planning, development, and execution testing

-Experience in working with RedHat Linux and Windows

-Experience in working with network architecture and communications

-Knowledge of US Army and US Marine Corps Fires and Fires C2 operational threads

-Ability to isolate and resolve problems, document bugs, and regress and close issues

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience in working with Command and Control (C2) systems

-Experience in working with Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems (FATDS), Army Common Operating Environment (COE), or other Project Manager Mission Command (PM MC) systems

-Experience in working with Raytheon Taclink modems and tactical radios, including R/T 1523, AN/PRC 152(A), AN/PRC 117G, or AN/PRC 155

-Experience with test process development, test case design, test procedure development, test execution, system evaluation, and test reporting

-Experience in system integration with Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC)

-Knowledge of Army and Marine fire mission processing

-Knowledge of Variable Message Format (VMF)

-Knowledge of MIL-STD-188-220

-Knowledge of Extensible Map Platform (EMP), NASA WorldWind, GeoServers, or other map technologies

-Knowledge of recommended standard RS-232 and RS-422

-Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP/IP, or NLB network protocols

-Knowledge of software coding, integration, or test

-Ability to foster excellent client relationships

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical professionals at all levels.

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
