Facilities Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Conduct analysis of training facility operations and training standards and assess current and future capabilities within fiscal resources to generate deliverable reports for the operations of the training facility. Coordinate meetings and conferences with all stakeholders to align priorities, maximize unity of effort, and minimize scheduling conflicts and overlaps. Liaise with all customers to ascertain facility deficiencies and propose solutions to the client. Perform periodic engineering and facilities analyses, planning, capabilities review, and studies regarding facility sustainment activities. Provide pre-event planning, onsite coordination, and post-event activities for designated government, inter-agency conferences, workshops, and VIP visits. Conduct assessments of physical and functional characteristics, operational characteristics, integrated process development, continuity of operations, feasibility studies, and assessments. Identify facility deficiencies from customer input and coordinate corrective action plans. 

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with program or project management

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of facilities, facility security management, and classified material handling

-Ability to analyze data for programs, manpower, and resource allotment

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as an Avionic program manager with USMC

-BA or BS degree

-PMP Certification
