Facility Manager

The Challenge:

Critical decisions are made every single day in our client site. What if you could use your facility manager skills to help them make informed decisions? As a facilities manager, you use your specialized managerial skillset to coordinate, evaluate, communicate, and assess all facilities at your location. 

Are you searching for a position where you can use your facilities managerial skills to make a difference? An effective facilities program requires significant oversight to ensure that all program requirements are met. With that level of sensitivity and complexity, you need skilled personnel examining how work activities are compliant and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a facilities manager who can maintain, manage, and facilitate, buildings, and equipment for our clients. You are making a safe workspace for the overall facilities and keeping an oversight to ensure the infrastructure requirements are met.

You Have:

-5+ years of experience in facility management

-2+ years of experience in construction, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building codes

-Knowledge of DoD facility regulations

-Ability to coordinate with local vendors for service repairs  

-Ability to coordinate with multiple military leadership across the area to schedule site visits and inspections

-Ability to facilitate building access for visitors and rotational elements

-Ability to submit Department of Public Works (DPW) orders to service facility requirements and code

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice if You Have:

-2+ years of experience in DoD facility management

-Experience in supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements

-Ability to show a score of 3 or higher on the DLPT in the Korean language

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering  


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
